Official Rules

No Purchase Necessary to Participate. Making a purchase will not increase a proprietor’s chances of winning.

1. Promotion Overview/Entry Period: The “Sun Cruiser: Win A Cruise” Promotion (the “Promotion”), sponsored by Strike Ten Entertainment (“STE”) (“Sponsor”) and administered by Strike Ten Entertainment (“STE” or “Administrator”), This promotion will have a backdate  at 12:00:00 p.m. Central Time (“CT”) on July 1, 2025 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. CT on September 30, 2025 (the “Promotion Period”). During the Promotion Period, eligible participants (see eligibility requirements in Rule 2 below) who engage in any of the activities described in Rule 4, below, can make one (1) entry into the Promotion’s Grand Prize drawing for any  activity they complete. 

By participating in this Promotion, you agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which shall be final in all matters relating to the Promotion.  The Promotion is void outside the 50 United States/District of Columbia (“D.C.”) and where prohibited, and is subject to all applicable state, federal and local laws and regulations.

2. Eligibility: This Promotion is open only to BPAA members who as of the announcement of this promotion: (A) are members in good standing with BPAA; (B) own or operate bowling center(s) located within the 50 United States/D.C. An individual designated as the Designated Representative of the BPAA Member Center by the BPAA member meeting the requirements of (A) and (B) above is deemed the “Proprietor Participant” in these Official Rules provided that such individual (C) legally resides in one of the States mentioned in (B) is 21 years of age or older as of the date of entry. 

Bowling center proprietors who are not members in good standing with the BPAA or who fail to meet any of the eligibility requirements described above, and their employees, may NOT participate in the Promotion. Further, employees, officers and directors of Sponsor and/or Administrator, their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, and advertising, promotion or other coordinating agencies involved with this Promotion, and the members of the immediate families (defined as spouse, biological, adoptive or step-parent, grandparent, child, grandchild and sibling, and the spouses of each, regardless of where they reside) or households (whether related or not) of any of the above are NOT eligible to participate in this Promotion.

Sponsor’s and Administrator’s determinations as to eligibility for the Promotion and for winning the Grand Prize shall be final.

3. How to Participate: Bowling center proprietors who are members in good standing with the BPAA as of the announcement of this Promotion and who are believed by Administrator to meet all other eligibility requirements set forth in these Official Rules may participate in the Promotion.  Proprietor Participants who wish to participate may make entry into the Grand Prize drawing by adding Sun Cruiser to their adult beverage  lineup or by simply featuring Sun Cruiser cans during the promotional period.  Proprietors must submit their pictures through the Google Form QR Code / link provided or email a picture of their Sun Cruiser feature to SunCruiserEntry@GoBowling.com to be eligible to enter Sun Cruiser: Win A Cruise Grand Prize drawing. Each Activity (as defined in Rule 4, below) undertaken by a Proprietor Participant will constitute one (1) entry on behalf of the Proprietor Participant into the Sun Cruiser: Win A Cruise Grand Prize drawing described in Rule 5, below. There is no cost or obligation associated with participation in the Promotion.

4. How to Enter and Make Entries for eligible Proprietor Participants:  Participants may make entry into the Grand Prize drawing by simply featuring Sun Cruiser cans during the promotional period. Proprietors must submit their pictures through  the Google Form or email a picture of their Sun Cruiser feature or customers enjoying Sun Cruiser to SunCruiserEntry@GoBowling.com to be eligible to enter Sun Cruiser: Win A Cruise Grand Prize drawing.

(A) A proprietor can participate by submitting their pictures of bowlers enjoying Sun Cruiser or their Sun Cruiser POS to the google form. https://forms.gle/YGFz3DRdQcxEihkT9 

(B) A proprietor can participate by emailing their name, contact information, and a picture of bowlers enjoying Sun Cruiser or their Sun Cruiser POS to SunCruiserEntry@GoBowling.com

For each Activity completed as described above (as determined by Sponsor in their discretion), the applicable Proprietor Participant will receive one (1) entry into the Grand Prize drawing. The maximum number of Activities in which a Proprietor Participant  may engage as described above  to make an entry is one from each of (A), or (B) for a total of One entry with two (2) different ways to enter. 

All qualifying Activities must be completed during the promotional period that will end on 11:59:59pm CT on September 30, 2025

5. Grand Prize Drawing/Prize Choices/Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”)/Odds of Winning: Strike Ten Entertainment reserves the right to end the promotion at any time. At the end of the promotion the Sponsor will conduct a random drawing from among all eligible entries received from each participating center during the Promotion Period to select one (1) Grand Prize winner.  The winner (subject to confirmation of eligibility) will receive:

(A) Sun Cruiser: Win A Cruise trip for winner and one (1) companion scheduled to be held between October 1, 2025 and December 31, 2025. (2nd Quarter Winner) This prize experience includes: two (2) coach class Airfare tickets, one (1) interior cabin (of Giveaway Entities choice, in its sole discretion) for Grand Prize Winner and Guest on board, which shall be based on double occupancy (telephone calls, on board services, on board purchases, and other incidentals and costs are not included) for (5) days. (If winner lives within two hundred fifty (250) miles of the applicable destination/port city, the Sponsor will not award air or ground transportation.) Guest traveling with Grand Prize Winner must be at the time of Grand Prize fulfillment twenty-one (21) years of age or older. Grand Prize Winner and Guest must possess valid travel documents, including, without limitation, a valid passport and any necessary visas in order to travel. Passports must not expire within six (6) months following the dates of travel (as determined by Giveaway Entities in its sole discretion) in order to be considered valid. Giveaway Entities will determine the cruise line and cabin in its sole discretion. Travel restrictions, conditions, and limitations may apply. Travel arrangements are subject to availability and must be round trip. Giveaway Entities shall not be responsible for any cancellations, delays, diversions or substitution or any act or omissions whatsoever by cruise lines, air carriers, hotels, or other transportation companies, or any other persons providing any of these services and accommodations necessitated by same.  Giveaway Entities shall not be liable for any loss or damage to baggage. ARV of prize package: $3,000. The winner can choose a cash payment of $1,500 in lieu of the Grand Prize Cruise Trip. Restrictions apply; see *Restrictions/Limitations” section in this Rule, below, for details.

The winner is solely responsible for all applicable federal, state and local income taxes on the Grand Prize.

Travel and lodging: Except as noted below, the Grand Prize package includes round- trip, coach transportation for winner and one (1) companion to the applicable destination/port city from the major airport nearest winner’s home (as determined by Sponsor) and single room/double occupancy accommodations in a cruise room of Sponsor’ choice. Winner and companion must depart and return to the same major airport nearest winner’s home address.  

If winner lives within two hundred fifty (250) miles of the applicable destination port, the Sponsor will not award ground or air transportation; all other prize components will be awarded. No compensation will be provided in lieu of air transportation. Travel is subject to capacity controls, availability, weather, seasonal influences, and certain other restrictions, all of which are subject to change. No changes will be made to travel details once the travel arrangements have been booked, except at Sponsor’ sole discretion. No refund or compensation will be made in the event of the cancellation or delay of any flight. Travel is subject to the terms and conditions set forth in these Official Rules and those set forth by Sponsor’ travel prize suppliers, as detailed in any contract issued by such supplier. Blackout dates will apply.

Winner’s travel companion must be 21 years of age or older, subject to the following limited exception: the companion may be a minor if s/he is the child or legal ward of the winner. If winner chooses to travel without a companion, no compensation will be awarded in lieu thereof.

Winner must be able to travel on the dates set forth for the chosen prize package or the prize will be forfeited in its entirety. Winner and companion must travel together on the same itinerary. The winner and his/her companion are solely responsible for obtaining any necessary travel documentation (including government-issued photo identification). Sponsor will not obtain or provide travel insurance or any other form of insurance for any of the prize choices.  Each prize choice consists only of the items described above. The winner is responsible for all in-cabin charges (e.g., mini-bar, movies), telephone calls, meals, beverages, gratuities, upgrades, personal incidentals, souvenirs and any other expenses not specifically mentioned in these Official Rules as being included in the chosen prize package. 

*Restrictions/ Limitations: Winner must be of sound physical condition in order to travel.

Actual prize value may vary from ARV listed above due to fluctuations in air fare, cruise fare, hotel, or the location of winner’s residence. Any difference between the actual value and the ARV will not be awarded to winner in cash or in any form.

The Proprietor Participant selected in the prize drawing will be deemed the potential winner      subject to verification of his/her eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules. Winning the prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements of these Official Rules. Sponsor is not responsible for inability of potential winner to accept the prize in accordance with these Official Rules.

As a condition of receiving the prize, the winner must be in compliance with the Official Rules. Odds of winning: The odds of winning will depend on the number of eligible entries made by all Proprietor Participants combined during the Promotion Period.

The prize cannot be transferred, substituted, sold or auctioned, in whole or in part, except as provided herein.  Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize (or component thereof) of equal or greater value if an advertised prize package (or component thereof) becomes unavailable. By accepting the prize, the winner consents to use of his/her name, photographed, filmed or otherwise recorded likeness and statements, name/location of bowling center s/he owns, photos and other recorded images of the bowling center, and/or limited biographical information for advertising, trade and promotional purposes in commerce and in any and all media worldwide, including but not limited to social media, without limitation, further notice, approval, or additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.

6. Winner Notification/Prize Claim Process: The potential winner will be notified by email, phone and/or postal mail within approximately two (2) days following the drawing, and will be required to complete and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release (where permitted) as a condition of being awarded the prize. Signed Affidavit/Releases must be received by Sponsor within two (2) business days of issuance of original notification. Failure to comply, or the return of prize notification as undeliverable, or the determination that the potential winner is not eligible to receive the prize, will result in forfeiture of the prize in its entirety. If the prize is forfeited for any reason, Sponsor will select an alternate winner in a random drawing from among the remaining entries. Winner’s travel companion must also sign and return a Liability/Publicity Release as a condition of accompanying winner on trip. If travel companion is a permissible minor in accordance with these Official Rules, then the winner must sign the Release on the minor’s behalf.
7. Participant Privacy: Any personally identifiable information collected in connection with a Proprietor Participant or Employee Participant in this Promotion will be used by Sponsor and/or Administrator only for purposes of the proper administration and fulfillment of the Promotion, as described in these Official Rules, and in any manner consistent with STE’s Privacy Policy, available at www.stemarketing.com/privacy and BPAA’s Privacy Policy, available at www.bpaa.com/privacy.
8. Limitations of Liability/Tampering: Sponsor and Administrator are not responsible for: (i) electronic transmissions, entries or Activities that are lost, late, stolen, incomplete, illegible, damaged, garbled, destroyed, misdirected, or not received by Sponsor / Administrator for any reason; (ii) any problems or technical malfunctions, errors, omissions, interruptions, deletions, defects, delays in operation or transmission, communication failures or human error that may occur in the transmission, receipt or processing of Activities/entries, or for deletion, theft or destruction of, unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries; (iii) failed or unavailable hardware, network or software; (iv) causes beyond Sponsor’s / Administrator’s reasonable control that jeopardize the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion; (v) incorrect or inaccurate entry information whether caused by Participants or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Promotion; (vi) any typographical or other error in any printing or advertising relating to the Promotion, in the administration or execution of the Promotion, or in the announcement of the prize winner; or (vii) cheating or fraud by any Participant.  All incomplete or non-conforming entries will be disqualified.

If for any reason the Promotion cannot be executed as planned, including but not limited to any printing, administrative, human or other error of any kind, transmission failure, infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of Sponsor / Administrator that corrupt or affect the security, administration, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Promotion, or if the Promotion is compromised or becomes corrupted in any way, electronically or otherwise,  Sponsor / Administrator reserve the right, in their discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion without notice. If the Promotion is terminated prior to the stated end date of the Promotion Period, the prize will be awarded in a random drawing from among all eligible, non-suspect entries made by Proprietor Participants, combined, during the Promotion Period as of the time/date of termination. Sponsor / Administrator reserve the right, in their discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with or attempts to tamper with the entry process or the operation of the Promotion, or who acts in violation of these Official Rules or in a disruptive manner. Sponsor’s failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that term.

CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE PROMOTION MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND/OR CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR/ ADMINISTRATOR RESERVE THE RIGHT TO DISQUALIFY AND SEEK DAMAGES OR OTHER REMEDIES FROM ANY PERSON RESPONSIBLE FOR SUCH ATTEMPT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. In the event of a dispute regarding the identity of the Proprietor Participant associated with the winning entry, the entry will be deemed made by the Proprietor Participant as determined by Administrator, and such person must comply with these Official Rules.

By participating, each Proprietor Participant and Employee Participant  agrees to indemnify, release, defend and hold harmless the Sponsor and Administrator, and their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates and agencies, and the officers, directors and employees of each of the foregoing (collectively, the “Released Parties”), from and against any and all liability for loss, harm, damage, injury, cost or expense whatsoever arising from or in connection with participation in the Promotion or the acceptance, possession and/or use/misuse of the prize (if awarded to him/her).

By accepting the prize, the winner acknowledges that the Released Parties have neither made, nor are in any manner responsible or liable for, any warranty, representation or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to the prize or any portion thereof, including but not limited to its quality, mechanical condition or fitness for a particular purpose.

9. Disputes/Venue/Governing Law: By participating, all Participants agree that: (a) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of, or connected with, this Promotion or the

prize shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the appropriate federal, state or local court located in Tarrant County, Texas; (b) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including but not limited to costs associated with entering this Promotion, but in no event attorneys’ fees; and (c) to the extent allowed by applicable law, under no circumstances will a Participant be permitted to obtain awards for, and each Participant hereby waives all rights to claim, punitive, incidental and/or consequential damages and/or any other damages, other than out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, Participants’ rights and obligations, or the rights and obligations of the Sponsor in connection with the Promotion, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Texas, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of Texas or any other jurisdiction), that would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than Texas.

In the event there is a discrepancy or inconsistency between disclosures or other statements contained in any Promotion-related materials and the terms and conditions of these Official Rules, these Official Rules shall prevail, govern and control.

10. Severability: The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these Official Rules shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. In the event that any provision is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable or illegal, these Official Rules shall otherwise remain in effect and shall be construed in accordance with their terms as if the invalid or illegal provision were not contained herein.
    
11. Sponsor: This Promotion is sponsored solely by Strike Ten Entertainment, Arlington, TX who has provided the prize and administered by Strike Ten Entertainment, Arlington, TX.
