Go Bowling 2025 “$1,000 Holiday Shopping Spree” Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”), go gobowling.com/macys and complete and submit the entry form according to the online instructions.

BY ENTERING THE SWEEPSTAKES, YOU ARE AGREEING TO ALL OF THE TERMS OF THESE OFFICIAL RULES.

TIMING:  
Sweepstakes begins November 1, 2025, at 12:01 a.m. (EST) and ends November 28, 2025, at 11:59 p.m. (EST).

For Grand Prize: Online entries must be time-stamped by November 28, 2025, at 8:00 p.m. (EST). 

Automated methods of entry are prohibited, and any use of automated devices may subject entrants to disqualification in Sponsor’s sole discretion.  In the event of a dispute regarding the identity of the entrant for an online entry, the natural person associated with the email address provided with the entry will be considered the entrant, as determined by Sponsor in Sponsor’s sole discretion. Entrants may not participate in exchange sites, may not enter with multiple accounts nor may entrants use any other device or artifice to register multiple times or as multiple entrants.  Any participant who attempts to participate in exchange sites, enter with multiple accounts, or uses any device or artifice to enter multiple times may be disqualified and forfeit any and all prizes won, in Sponsor’s sole discretion. Limit, one entry, per person, per household, per channel of entry, per calendar day.

ELIGIBILITY:
Sweepstakes is open to all legal U.S. residents who are at least 21 years of age where the Sweepstakes is legally permissible, except for employees of Sponsor, its parents, affiliates, suppliers and agencies, and retailers and employees thereof, as well as the immediate family members of and individuals residing in the same household as such persons. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW OR REGULATION. The Sweepstakes and these Official Rules are subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations.
 
PRIZES:
One (1) grand prize will be awarded to an eligible entrant (the “Grand Prize”). The winner will receive a $1,000.00 check made out to the winner personally.

All federal, state and local taxes on the prizes are the sole responsibility of the prize winner. The Grand Prize is non-transferable. Sponsor, for any reason, reserves the right to substitute a similar prize of equal or greater value at the Sponsor’s sole discretion. 

ODDS OF WINNING: 
By completing the online order form, each entrant is automatically entered once into the Sweepstakes, subject to eligibility requirements. Odds of winning depend on the total number of entries received.  There will be no more than one winner for the Grand Prize.
 
WINNER SELECTION & NOTIFICATION: 
Grand Prize:  A potential Grand Prize winner will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received.  The random Grand Prize drawing will be conducted on or about December 2, 2025, by the Sponsor, whose decision is final and binding.  Sponsor will attempt to notify the potential Grand Prize winner by phone or email on or about December 3, 2025.
 
If the potential Grand Prize winner cannot be located or does not respond within 72 hours, the Grand Prize will automatically be forfeited, and an alternate winner may be selected at Sponsor’s sole discretion.  The potential Grand Prize winner will be required to sign and return a notarized affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity release within 72 hours of notification, or the Grand Prize will be forfeited and may be awarded to another entrant in Sponsor’s sole discretion.   The potential Grand Prize winner will not become the official Grand Prize winner until all these requirements are satisfied.  Except where prohibited, acceptance of any and all of the Grand Prize constitutes consent by the winner to use of his/her name, voice, picture, likeness and biographical data for advertising and promotional purposes without any additional compensation.

 
GENERAL CONDITIONS:
By participating, all entrants release Sponsor, its parents and subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, employees, officers, directors, and agents, including advertising agencies, and all others associated with the development and execution of the Sweepstakes (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from any and all injury, loss, or damage caused or claimed to be caused by your participation in the Sweepstakes and/or acceptance, awarding, receipt, use and/or misuse of the prize. In addition, all entrants release the Released Parties from any such liability and agree that these entities are in no manner responsible for any warranty, representation, or guarantee, expressed or implied, in fact or in law, relating to the Sweepstakes and/or prize. Sponsor shall have the right, in its sole discretion, to abbreviate, modify, suspend, cancel or terminate the Sweepstakes without notice or further obligation for any reason.

Entrants hereby agree to indemnify and hold each Released Party harmless from and against any third-party claims, actions or proceedings of any kind and from any and all damages, liabilities, costs and expenses, including attorney fees and court costs, arising out of any breach or alleged breach of any of the warranties and representations set forth above.  The Official Rules shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas.

The value of the Grand Prize won by an entrant under the Sweepstakes may be taxable as income to its winner.  Each entrant is responsible for determining his or her own tax liability result from winning the Grand Prize or any portion thereof.  Upon receipt of a prize, the winner shall be required to comply with any and all applicable federal, state and local law, rules and regulations. Winner also accepts sole responsibility for any miscellaneous costs relating to acceptance of prize.
 

ELECTRONIC ENTRIES: 
In the event of a dispute, entries will be deemed made by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at time of entry (if applicable) as determined by Sponsor in Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor is not responsible for: (a) telecommunications, network, electronic, technical or computer failures of any kind, for inaccurate transcription of entry information, for any human error, or entries that are stolen, misdirected, garbled, delayed by computer transmission, lost, late, illegible, incomplete, or incorrect; or (b) inability to access gobowling.com/macys or any other error or malfunction which may occur, including any injury or damage to your or any other person’s computer related to or resulting from participation in this Sweepstakes. Entries that are incomplete, illegible, or determined to have been submitted by anyone other than the individual entrant may not be accepted in the sole discretion of Sponsor. Sponsor reserves the right to modify or cancel this Sweepstakes if fraud or technical failures comprise the integrity of the Sweepstakes. Sponsor reserves the right to clarify errors which result from the printing of these Official Rules. By participating in this Sweepstakes, you (i) agree to be bound by these Official Rules, including all eligibility requirements, and (ii) agree to be bound by the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in matters relating to the Sweepstakes. Failure to comply with these Official Rules may result in disqualification, in Sponsor’s sole discretion.
 
CAUTION: 
ANY ATTEMPT BY A PERSON TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THIS SWEEPSTAKES IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
